Play, Art & Creative Therapy
Helping Children Express, Heal and Grow
Children do not always have the words to express what they are feeling. Through play, art and other creative therapeutic approaches, children can communicate, explore emotions and develop healthy ways of coping.
Beat of the Heart Foundation provides creative therapeutic interventions in schools, communities and virtual settings, creating safe spaces where children can express themselves in ways that feel natural and accessible to them.
Our programmes use activities such as play, drawing, art, storytelling and other creative forms of expression to support children’s emotional and social well-being.
We work to ensure that children have opportunities to be heard, understood and supported, particularly when they may be experiencing emotional or social challenges.
