At Beat of the Heart Foundation, the child is our primary beneficiary.
However, we recognize that a child’s well-being does not exist in isolation. Children grow and develop within families, schools and communities, and the quality of these environments can have a profound influence on their lives.
That is why our approach goes beyond working directly with children. We engage parents, caregivers, teachers, young people, community members and other relevant actors to help build a holistic support system around every child.

The main beneficiary we are targeting is the child. Our approach recognizes that children thrive within families and communities. We therefore seek to engage everyone (parents, caregivers, teachers, young people, community members, and other relevant actors) in building a holistic, safe, nurturing, and enabling environment around the child. This thinking is reflected in our proposed tagline which is:

To restore hope and dignity to children in underserved communities by providing essential educational resources — including school uniforms, sanitary towels, books, and pens while fostering inclusive support systems that empower every child to learn, grow, and lead.
